Grant Sutton has been in sales and marketing for more than 25 years in the Augusta area. In 2013 he decided to take his sales experience to the real estate business.

Grant began his career in sales at Windsor Fine Jewelers at the age of 17. In 1994 he had become the sales manager, and by 1999 had purchased a minority ownership interest to become a managing partner within the company. By 2004 he was the President and CEO of Windsor, which was then the 8th largest, independent store in the Nation.
Grant became interested in real estate in 2005 as a personal investor in primarily commercial properties. By 2007 he aggressively started buying undervalued homes, restoring them and putting them back on the market. In 2013 Grant became a developing partner at “ The Retreat at Bakers Place”. The retreat is a 150 home subdivision with expansion opportunities to potentially 900 home sites. With valuable experience gained, he decided to make real estate his full time business!
